$2500.00 (Canadian Dollars) Security & Damage Deposit Required for Booking Confirmation

100% Returned within 5 Business after check out plus Cleaning & Damage Inspection  

Payment for entire stay to be received 14 days prior to first day of booking or within 7 days of booking.  Whichever arrives first.   If booking is beyond 30 days of first date of booking 50% within 7 days of booking and remaining 50% 30 days prior to arrival or first day of booking.      

Security & Damage Deposit is separate from Total amount for booking.

Cancellation within 7 Days of first date of booking will result in forfeiture of Damage Deposit.  Allow 7-10 Business Days for 100% return on booking.
